Placing an Order

My website is currently transitioning to a format that will utilize a shopping cart in order to simplify the process of placing an order.  With this new format, you can browse through my inventory by clicking on a variety of categories.  To see more information about an item and more photographs, simply click on that item.  From the item page you can add the item to your shopping cart and purchase it with a credit card or with Paypal.  To place an order for an item that is in the old inventory (therefore, it will not be in the shopping cart categories), go to the Contact Me page and either send me an e-mail or fill out the form on the page.  Be certain to include the inventory number for the item or items that you are interested in plus a brief description.  Please also include the zip code where the items will be shipped to.  If I still have the item or items, I will send you an invoice from Paypal with the total cost plus shipping charges (Pennsylvania residents will have a 6% sales tax included).  Please let me know if the item will be shipped to a Pennsylvania address.  If you would rather mail a check or money order, just let me know.


Payment Methods

My preferred payment method is Paypal or credit card.  Currently, the shopping cart is set up so that items can only be ordered if you are purchasing them using a credit card or Paypal.  If you order something from the old inventory, I will contact you to let you know if it is available and then I will email you a link to an invoice that will have a Paypal button on it for quick and easy payment.  I will also accept checks or money orders - please contact me if this is your preference.

Shipping Information

Most items are sent via priority mail or first class mail.  The shopping cart is currently set up to calculate shipping charges by weight.  Items or combinations of items that weigh 6 ounces or under will be sent by first class mail while items or combinations of items that weigh more than 6 ounces will be sent via priority mail.  For first class mail, the standard shipping and handling charge is $4.00.  The cost of priority mail begins at $7.00.  Fragile items or items of greater value will always be sent via priority mail.  Added insurance may be suggested on items or orders of high value.  The price for shipping larger items will be based upon the zip code where they are being shipped to.  You can always e-mail me for a shipping quote on any item.  I will ship most items overseas, but please e-mail me to verify this and to get a shipping quote.


I try to describe items in great detail and I typically include multiple photographs.  However, if you are unhappy with your item after it has been received, it can be returned for a full refund (within 7 days after its arrival at your location).  You will be responsible for the all shipping charges.  Once I have received the item, the cost of the item will be refunded to you.

Lay-away Policy

I will certainly be willing to place an item on lay-away.  The terms of lay-away items are a 25% deposit to hold the item.  The balance must then be paid in 30 days.  If the balance is not paid, the deposit will be forfeited.
